I chose Mailerlite after becoming frustrated with another email marketing software. I have found the software easy to use and the customer support to be exceptional.
I was looking for a easy to use online marketing tool and MailerLite has met that criteria.
I had thousands of contacts to manage for my boutique film & video production company, but it was becoming unwieldy to use my mail and contacts apps for that. I was looking for a solution that could accommodate my small business, and MailerLite was the perfect fit. I have been able to gather new subscribers, organize loyal followers, and separate out close contacts. It's been a dream!
I was looking for a software that would allow me to send emails for hundreds of users at once. I was amazed by MailerLite as it offers 12,000 emails per month! I was having troubles creating an account because it was not allow me to sign in with my Google account, even though it would ask me to create the account name, but after - no matter what name I would give - there would show up an error, saying "Something went wrong. Try again later." So the support I received was great. Matheus went away beyond my expectations, suggesting different techniques and ways. After a few emails back and forward the problem got solved :) So, as a free account I was not expecting to have support 24/7 and almost immediate. I just can recommend the software, if nothing else, for the great experience I had with the 5* support. Thank you very much :)
I have recently brought my current website to MailerLite's platform, who already handled my mailing list. I built my own website on MailerLite (an easy task given the modular way it is structured), had my personal domain name point toward it, and cancelled my old provider. The few snags I hit was handled promptly by Ivan. The new site is cheaper (where I stay in Africa the dollar exchange rate is working against us), cleaner, simpler, and looks good.
