These Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in MailerLite’s Black Friday & Cyber Monday Campaign, which offers a 33% discount on an annual plan for both existing and new customers of New MailerLite (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are located within the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, MailerLite services are provided to you by MailerLite Limited which is registered in Ireland.
If you are located outside of the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, services are provided through our US-based company MailerLite, Inc.
The MailerLite platform and its infrastructure fully comply with the European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), various US privacy laws, and other international privacy laws.
MailerLite, Inc. also adheres to the latest E.U. - U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Swiss-U.S. DPF, including the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.

MailerLite acts as:
a Data Controller for the personal data of its customers, employees and MailerLite newsletter subscribers; and
a Data Processor when it processes the personal data of its customers’ subscribers.
MailerLite uses Google's data storage in the EU:
Germany (MailerLite Classic);
Netherlands (New MailerLite).
MailerLite uses two third-party Sub-Processors to assist it in providing the Services:
Google Ireland Limited;
Vercom S.A.

In providing the Services, MailerLite may function as both a Data Controller and a Data Processor.
Specifically, MailerLite acts as a Data Processor when handling the personal data of its customers' subscribers. For customers’ subscribers' data:
EEA, UK, and Swiss Customers: if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, and services are provided to you via MailerLite Limited, then your subscribers' data does not leave the EU.
Customers Outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: if you are located in other countries, services are provided to you via the US entity MailerLite, Inc., meaning that your subscribers' data is transferred to the United States.
MailerLite ensures that any transfer of personal data outside the EEA is done in accordance with applicable laws and appropriate safeguards. These safeguards include adherence to the latest E.U. - U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Swiss-U.S. DPF, including the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF., the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, or other adequate safeguards as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
MailerLite currently possesses the following certifications:
E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), and Swiss-U.S. DPF, including the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.
MailerLite is currently working on obtaining the following certifications:
