These discount terms for MailerLite Classic users migrating to New MailerLite (“Terms”) govern participation in a campaign which offers a 50% discount on an Advanced annual plan for existing MailerLite Classic users migrating to New MailerLite (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. To be eligible for this Campaign, claimants must be registered, past or current paying customers of MailerLite Classic and must be purchasing an annual Advanced plan as their first paid plan on New MailerLite (“Claimant”). The Campaign is not applicable to the Claimants who already have a paid account on New MailerLite, or to customers using Shopify as a payment provider.
1.2. Participation in the Campaign is open to Claimants worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
2.1. The Campaign begins at 13:00 UTC on November 21, 2024, and runs for an indefinite time or until terminated by MailerLite (“Campaign Period”). When MailerLite decides to terminate this Campaign, these Terms will be removed from MailerLite’s website.
3.1. During the Campaign Period, eligible Claimants will receive a 50% discount applied to an annual Advanced plan on New MailerLite. This discount is valid for one year after the invoice is paid and will apply to all upgrades made during this time.
3.2. The discount is valid for annual Advanced plans on New MailerLite only and cannot be combined with any other discounts, including but not limited to non-profit discounts or pre-existing annual discounts.
3.3. To use the discount, the Claimants shall submit their API key when initiating the MailerLite account migration process from MailerLite Classic to New MailerLite. The Claimant’s API key can only be connected to 1 (one) eligible New MailerLite account to claim the discount.
4.1. MailerLite reserves the right to apply exceptions to this Campaign at its sole discretion.
4.2. The Campaign is not available to: users on New MailerLite plans; users using Shopify as a payment provider; users with accounts that have been previously suspended, terminated, disapproved or put on investigation either on MailerLite Classic or New MailerLite; individuals associated with MailerLite, including employees, service providers, agents, or representatives of MailerLite; or users in regions where participation is prohibited or restricted by national or local law.
4.3. Additional exclusions may be determined by MailerLite based on specific checkout behaviors, payment methods, or other circumstances where the Campaign cannot be applied.
5.1. MailerLite reserves the right to terminate or modify the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.
5.2. In the event of a violation of MailerLite’s Terms of Service that can be found here, MailerLite reserves the right to terminate services without any refund.
5.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretation of these Terms regarding the Campaign, these Terms shall prevail.
5.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the jurisdiction applicable to the MailerLite entity responsible for providing services in the Claimant’s billing address country.
By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and any modifications or updates provided by MailerLite.
