Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to share your experiences and be ready to discuss past situations that demonstrate your skills.

    If the role requires technical skills, be ready to showcase your proficiency. This could involve discussing specific projects you've worked on, tools you've used, or challenges you've overcome.

  • Virtual interview etiquette
    Test your internet connection, ensure your webcam and microphone are working, and choose a quiet, well-lit space for the interview.

    If you don't fully understand the question, please ask! You can ask the interviewer to clarify or rephrase their question. Also, feel free to tell your interviewer you need a moment to collect your thoughts.
