This template is perfect for adding your customers to a group made for existing customers (great for future promotions) and sending them a thank you email after purchase.
Setup
This workflow template uses an e-commerce trigger. E-commerce triggers are exclusively available on accounts that are integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or PrestaShop.
How do I use this template?
Go to the Automation page and click New automation
Select the Abandoned cart template
Select a shop for the Purchased any product trigger
Click the Action step and select a group (e.g. Buyers) for the Copy to group action
Click on the next Email step to design a thank you email.
Save the email and turn ON your workflow
