What you will work with
Shaping our roadmap, contributing to high-level strategy and building a stronger product culture within MailerLite
Leading product discovery by conducting user research, defining metrics, and identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize
Collaborating with development, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver impactful features and seamless launches
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, organizing sprints, and driving team productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Shaping the structure of our growing product team to ensure efficiency and focus
What we expect from you
Experience working in a SaaS-focused company with a track record of driving growth and optimization
Experience integrating AI-powered features into product development to enhance functionality and user experiences
Strong analytical skills to leverage data and insights for decision-making, even when data is incomplete
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact initiatives
Outstanding communication and leadership skills to collaborate with distributed teams and mentor junior colleagues
Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment—ready to define processes and adapt as we grow
