MailerLite is taking a giant step toward reaching its goal of providing powerful yet intuitive communications tools that help businesses strengthen customer relationships and grow online.
Vercom, one of Europe’s leading providers in omnichannel communication platforms, announced its merger with MailerLite, MailerSend and MailerCheck earlier this week.
Together, MailerLite and Vercom will be able to deliver new features fast that enable businesses to stay connected with customers across all types of communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and chat. We have already added an SMS communication feature to our roadmap and MailerLite customers will be able to enjoy the functionality this year.
"Today, people expect a seamless brand experience across all channels, and MailerLite is dedicated to helping businesses unify their marketing communications. We are excited to tap into Vercom’s expertise in omnichannel communication which will allow MailerLite to offer customers more exciting features like SMS and Push notification capabilities that integrate with email marketing."
The $90MM+ merger is one of the largest in Europe this year and will give MailerLite and Vercom a more global footprint to work towards our joint vision of building a TOP 5 CPaaS (Communication Platform-as-a-Service) global company together.
“Vercom and MailerLite are connected by similar values. Both of us have always worked to provide tools that remove the complexity for our users and help them overcome the challenges of communications. By combining Vercom’s infrastructure know-how and scalability with MailerLite’s digital marketing tools, we will achieve even higher deliverability and efficiency – all in a fast, secure and reliable manner.”
MailerLite will continue to operate as it was before with the same management team, company values, and passion for building intuitive and innovative tools and solutions.
All of the things people love about MailerLite are staying the same, including award-winning customer support, fair pricing, and access to the digital marketing tools that people need to attract and keep new customers.
Email marketing will stay at the core of MailerLite, and our customers who wish to focus only on email marketing will be able to enjoy those features without feeling overwhelmed, while our more advanced customers will have more options and ways to reach their audiences through the omnichannel platform.
Our remote work approach and company values that are the lifeblood of our culture remain the same too. MailerLite’s strong culture has always been and will always be the secret to our success. Joining Vercom allows us to maintain our culture while building more value and developing the best services for our customers. Vercom’s technology will enable us to offer more omnichannel capabilities for those customers who need it.
Over the past 10+ years, MailerLite’s product features have continued to evolve and meet the needs of our customers—going beyond email to offer landing pages, websites, pop-ups, advanced automation, and a whole lot more. We added these features to enable more people to start and scale their businesses online.
We are anticipating the need for even more advanced communication tools and integrations, and Vercom gives us the ability to deliver these tools quickly.
MailerLite along with our partner products, MailerSend and MailerCheck, share a common vision with Vercom that the future of business communications will be about building long-lasting customer relationships across multiple channels such as SMS, email, push notifications, and chat. With this merger, MailerLite is well-positioned to help all of our customers achieve their marketing and communication goals.
