Demo call invitation workflow
Invite subscribers from multiple signup sources to a demo call with the Demo call invitation template. Automatically send a confirmation email after a demo call is requested, then follow up with a reminder that the demo call is about to begin.
Setup
This workflow uses multiple triggers, a feature available on any Advanced plan. Multiple triggers allow you to create up to 3 ways for subscribers to enter the workflow.
How do I use this template?
Go to the Automation page and click New automation
Select the Demo call invitation template
Choose a group for the When a subscriber joins a group trigger, add a link to When subscriber clicks a specific link trigger, and choose a custom field for Updated field trigger
Click the first Email step and design a confirmation email
Below you’ll see a Condition step set to Workflow activity, email #1, Had a specific link clicked
On the Yes path, click on the Email step and design an email including the demo call details (you can leave the No path blank)
Click the Action step and choose a group (e.g. demo call contacts) to add to the Copy the subscribers action
Save the step and turn ON your workflow
Note: You can also use another set of multiple triggers
*You could also edit the Condition step to use Had any link clicked instead
