What you will work on
Prepare written opinions on various legal topics in different jurisdictions
Provide legal counsel to the leadership and other teams
Conduct internal GDPR audits
Prepare and deliver internal legal training sessions to different teams
Monitor overall legal compliance of SaaS products
Prepare various documents, i.e., agreements, corporate documents, statements, claims, etc.
Communicate and negotiate with partners, customers, and suppliers
Write legal blog posts on relevant topics of your choice
Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions
What we expect from you
Master’s degree in Law
3+ years of experience within a legal department of an IT company or similar experience in a law firm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
Solid knowledge of data privacy (GDPR)
Experience in corporate law, IP law, AI law, or dispute resolution would be an advantage
Experience with SaaS and/or IT companies
A sense of personal responsibility and a problem-solving mindset
Eagerness to learn and strong team player
Outstanding attention to detail (if you apply, include the word “lite” somewhere in your application)
Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries
Based in Lithuania (f you're located in Vilnius, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your colleagues in person at the local co-working space)
