MailerLite

Legal Counsel

Job description

MailerLite is one of the fastest-growing email marketing platforms, helping more than 1 million businesses around the world grow their audiences, sales, and overall success. Today, we are a team of over 180 dreamers, adventurers, and world travelers, united by our passion for innovation and our belief in the power of effective communication.

As part of the Vercom family, a leading marketing technology company, MailerLite collaborates with a diverse range of products designed to enhance customer engagement. This partnership enables us to leverage Vercom’s extensive expertise while maintaining our unique identity. Together, we are set to drive further growth and innovation in the digital marketing landscape.

We are currently looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our MailerLite Legal team in a hybrid role based in Poznań, Poland, where Vercom’s headquarters is located. Most of the work will be done remotely; however, occasional visits to the Vercom office will be necessary for signing local documents that require wet ink and for attending live meetings. Together, we’re building a centralized legal team to support our mission and drive success across all our products. If you’re passionate about making an impact in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on board! 🚀

Why MailerLite?

Wondering why we think you’ll love working with us? Here are our favorite 6 reasons!

While your main responsibilities will be ensuring compliance with the Polish laws, you will have a chance to work with global SaaS/CPaaS products and contribute to the adherence to the international standards.

As part of a team that's always looking for new, innovative ways to offer value for customers, you'll constantly be experimenting, learning, and trying out new things.

You'll take ownership

We expect you to take full responsibility and ownership of your tasks. Team leads avoid micromanaging and minimize interruptions so you can stay focused on your assignments.

You'll have experts at hand

Whenever you’re stuck, your teammates with a wide range of different expertise are ready to help you grow. And they’d love for you to share your knowledge too!

You'll have stability

We value a stable workplace! MailerLite has been thriving for over 10 years and our year-over-year growth continues to increase.
