The Newsletter archive section in the Landing page builder allows you to display past newsletters on your landing page, giving visitors easy access to previous email campaigns. This feature provides flexibility in how newsletters are displayed, ensuring a structured and visually appealing layout.
How to add a newsletter archive block
You can add a newsletter archive block to any landing page. To get started:
Navigate to Sites.
Click Create site.
Choose Landing page, and give your site a name.
Choose to create your landing page from scratch, or choose a template.
In the landing page editor, navigate to Sections on the left sidebar.
Choose the Interactive category.
Locate the Newsletter archive block and drag it into your landing page.
Customizing your newsletter archive
Hover over the newsletter archive block to reveal the Settings.
Here, you can choose between Auto or Manual. If you choose Auto, this will pre-load your most recently Sent campaigns.
In Manual, you can choose from your Sent campaigns.
In the Settings, you can also choose the number of columns, rows, and pages for your newsletter archive.
The number of newsletters that can be displayed depends on how many newsletters have been sent, with a limit of 50 newsletters. The system ensures a balanced layout by requiring a full row or page before adding an extra page.
Example:
If your layout is set to display 12 newsletters per page (4 columns × 3 rows) but you only have 6 newsletters available, an additional page cannot be added until more newsletters are available to fully occupy a new page.
